[So with Teito gone and Shuri being all /brb not talking to you, Mikage has been kind of lonely as of late, though in typical Mikage fashion, he's doing his best to keep it under wraps. No point in making everyone around him just as miserable, right? Right. So to get himself out and about, he's chilling out at the fountain in the plaza, doodling pictures in his journal. He's not exactly an artist, but he'll be making decently shaped little caricatures of anyone who wanders by the fountain and trying to strike up a conversation if they don't rocket past him or ignore him or something. Go go socializing power!]

[ashkfjhdfs FLAIL FLAIL FLAIL and suddenly he's laughing, because he recognizes her.] Razette! That was pretty sneaky, you got me good!

[She smiles brightly in response, sort of giggling, though it was hard to tell as it sounded like how she would normally speak as well.] ♫♪~

[He grins, ruffling her hair playfully.] Sorry we haven't really talked since you got back here. It's been kind of crazy for a while, hasn't it?

[She nods quickly at that, pulling away long enough to extend her arms sideways as far as she could, then tugs at Mikage's shirt lightly, shaking her head. There were so many naked people!]

[Yes, yes they were. And so many women! It was great.] Did you have fun, at least? There was a lot happening in this place.

[She nods at that, then points to him, trying to ask how he's been this whole time.]

[...Eh-heh.] I'm okay. It's been too quiet, though... they took Teito, if you didn't know.

[Still can't understand her, but he can guess.] ...Yeah, I know. I didn't see it coming, either. I wish I'd been there to help...

[She reaches out instinctively, patting his head, trying to comfort him.]

[Whoaaaaaakay, no more brooding! He reddens a little, then smiles.] I think it'll be okay. It has to be, right? So he'll come back soon. We always find each other somehow.

[She nods happily at that, then points to herself and changes to Castor's face, then back to her own, before back to pointing to him and changing to Teito's face for a moment, still smiling. He'll see Teito again, and she'll see Xing Lu again. Win win!]

[It's impossible not to share her enthusiasm, so after a moment his smile shifts to a grin. He ruffles her hair again, bumping his forehead briefly against hers.] Yeah, we'll be fine. We just have to stay strong.

[She nods, smiling cheerfully, before sitting up a little more properly on the fountain's edge, despite getting it a little wet. She then takes his hand in hers, attempting to write a message on his palm.]

[Mikage blinks, taking a moment to realize what she's doing, and tries to catch up. What's she writing...?]

[Mikage pauses as he finally spells out the message, then grins and nods.]

Yeah. And we're here for you too, until Castor-san gets back or until you go home. So there's nothing to worry about.

[She nods, but until then... She taps her chin thoughtfully, trying to think of something they can do in the meantime.]

[He ponders her for a moment... then reaches down, cupping the water, and splashes her with it. Nothing like a good splash fight to cheer someone up!]
