[Good morning, Luceti. There's a little pink fluffball scampering around town today, looking like he's searching very urgently for something- or someone. This little guy - better known to some as a fyulong dragon - is carrying around a human-sized journal with the name "Mikage" scrawled across the front. It's quite the task to carry around a book that's about the same size as you are, so he'll be seeking people out, whether they be a friend or a stranger, to perhaps get some help with it.

He might not stay with anyone for very long, mind you- he has a certain place to be. But don't be surprised if he comes right up to you, nudging the journal urgently, and-]

Surprise, Mikage's back! And as a dragon. This is a preemptive Malnosso effect; Mikage has his memories, but because of his situation they're a little jumbled, so he'll recognize faces without having many clear memories or the ability to speak.

It's temporary, though, so Mikage will be making his real return in the future o7]

[Hm, that...didn't seem very enthusiastic. Miyabi tilts her head, trying to understand just what this little creature was thinking, but it's not easy. She's not a mind reader, after all! She just has a better understanding of animal behavior, and sometimes understands the speech of a few. Maybe he's nervous?]

I know you can do it. I've ridden on a lot of birds around here, so you don't have to worry about me falling off, if that's what's the matter. [She gives his head a reassuring pat, then climbs on. Don't throw her off or anything, please.]

[W-well. This is certainly a strange sensation! He's always felt the urge to ride on other people, but he's never been ridden himself... still, she's so tiny that her weight on his back is barely noticeable, so after a moment of quiet adjustment, he responds with a confident chirp and starts trotting forward, following the path down the road. And... pointedly not flying.

Sorry, Miyabi, he's still a newborn- taken from his mom too soon to be able to fly.]

[Pfff...well, beggars can't be choosers. She giggles and resigns herself to a flightless taxi instead, enjoying the ride nonetheless. It was almost like taking a ride on a squirrel or chipmunk, only not as frenzied and fast. This was actually a rather nice little journey, even if it wasn't airborne.

She guides the small creature by lightly tugging at his large, floppy ears, and pointing out the way to go. Even from the ground, Miyabi knows the layout of Luceti rather well, and though it takes them some time to get there, they do get to the marketplace eventually.]

[On the way, Mikage does his best to try and remember the route as clearly as he can, glancing from side to side for familiar landmarks. It's strange- with everything so big, he doesn't seem to recognize much of anything at all.

Oh well, it doesn't really matter that much. As soon as they hit the plaza, he's instantly distracted; he must've spent a lot of time in this area, because he recognizes every inch of the place on the spot. He beelines for the grocery store right away.]

[Once Mikage really starts to move, Miyabi has to increase her grip on his fur and press herself closer to his body. Huh, he...knows this place? Then that must mean the little fluffball was in Luceti before. Miyabi leans over toward his head, and leans her chin between his small horns.]

You've been in Luceti before, haven't you? You sure know where to go to get food.

Pya! [Mikage bobs his head at her comment, slowing down as he approaches the shop. Food! There's food right there, waiting for them! Food is-

...

Mikage stops, peering up - and up, and up - at the door. He walks forward a few steps, bumping his head against the door, and pushing.

It doesn't budge.
